This Cookie Policy explains how SmartData Technologies Kft. uses cookies and similar technologies across FirstApp. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser; similar technologies include local storage and session tokens.
1. The marketing site (firstapp.app)
The public marketing site you are reading is a static website. It loads no third-party scripts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels, and it sets no cookies. Its content security policy blocks external requests and inline scripts. You can browse firstapp.app without any cookie being placed on your device.
2. The FirstApp application (app.firstapp.app)
When you sign in and use the application, we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and equivalent browser storage. These are required to deliver a service you have explicitly requested (signing in and using your account) and are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Hungary. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Exact cookie names and lifetimes may change as the application evolves; the categories and purposes above remain representative. We do not sell data collected through cookies.
3. Third-party infrastructure
FirstApp runs on Cloudflare's global edge network. To route requests securely and protect the Service against attacks, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary operational cookies (for example a security/anti-abuse token). These are used only for the security and delivery of the Service, not for advertising. See Cloudflare's cookie information for details. Deployed applications you publish are your responsibility, and any cookies they set are governed by your own policies.
4. Consent and your choices
Because we use only strictly necessary and essential functional cookies to provide a service you have requested, no consent banner is required for them under EU/Hungarian law. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics), we will first ask for your consent through a cookie banner and will not set them until you agree.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the FirstApp application. Guidance is available in your browser's help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and others).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to our technologies or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
